Overview We are hiring a Paid Social Manager to work on one of the UK's most established and trusted financial services brands: Lloyds Banking Group. This role plays a key part in shaping how paid social drives meaningful, responsible growth within a highly regulated environment. You'll combine strategic thinking, data-led insight, and hands-on delivery to create work that balances performance with trust. It's a role with real ownership, client visibility, and the opportunity to influence how paid social supports long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities What you'll be doing Lead paid social strategy and delivery for Lloyds Banking Group, aligned to wider business, brand, and customer objectives. Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, confidently presenting insight and recommendations. Translate performance data into clear, actionable insight that supports informed decision-making. Develop and run structured testing and learning agendas to demonstrate the value of paid social. Ensure high standards across campaign setup, optimisation, budgets, and financial governance. Collaborate closely with wider media, data, and creative teams to deliver integrated solutions. Support and guide junior team members, creating clarity, consistency, and shared best practice. Qualifications Skills we're looking for Experience managing paid social strategy and activation within a performance-led environment. Confidence working with complex or regulated clients, balancing innovation with responsibility. Strong understanding of measurement, KPIs, and how paid social contributes to business outcomes. An organised, detail-focused approach with solid financial and operational awareness. Ability to turn data into clear stories and recommendations for non-technical audiences. A collaborative mindset and comfort working across disciplines. Curiosity and adaptability when exploring new tools, formats, and platform developments.
