Your role @Chanel
As Regional Process Manager - Distribution & Inventory O2C, you play a role in securing, optimizing and evolving end-to-end Order-to-Cash, Distribution and Inventory processes for the UK Region.
Your scope encompasses both Manhattan SCALE (WMS) and Dynamics 365 (ERP), as well as the distribution processes they underpin. You lead process and system evolution from design through adoption, ensuring operational resilience, service excellence and readiness for future growth.
You work closely with the Distribution Management Team, Finance, Retail Partners, Supply Chain and Technology teams to define, measure and improve operational performance. You are responsible for building a robust management reporting and KPI framework that drives accountability, transparency and evidence-based decision-making across the operation.
What impact you will create at Chanel:
* Process Ownership E2E: Own end-to-end O2C processes, including triangular invoicing (CBO), local product flows and related supply chain touchpoints. Enable operational excellence and adaptability by ensuring projects and system changes deliver sustainable results aligned with both global standards and local requirements. Strengthen cross-functional collaboration to optimize business performance and customer experience.
* Release & Change Readiness: Ensure that all process changes and releases strengthen operational model, minimize disruption, and support a seamless transition to BAU. Foster stakeholder confidence through clear communication, resulting in smoother adoption, reduced incidents, and sustained process performance.
* Process Adoption: Support business teams in understanding and confidently owning new and evolved processes through training, clear documentation. Act as liaison between Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and Techn to ensure seamless O2C flows.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, manual activities and automation opportunities across O2C and Direct Procurement processes. Shape, prioritise and drive improvement initiatives end-to-end, engaging the right stakeholders and delivering measurable, sustainable business impact.
* Performance Monitoring: Support the definition and monitoring of process KPIs across your scope, spotting deviations early, driving corrective actions, and ensuring stakeholders have the insight they need to manage performance and accountability.
You are energised by:
* Translating complex strategic objectives into actionable projects and seeing them through to successful, sustainable outcomes.
* Building seamless process frameworks that enable the business to run elegantly and efficiently.
* Creating unity and clarity across diverse teams and functions, nurturing a culture of collaboration and shared success.
* Continuously seeking new ways to elevate, automate, and optimise business processes, balancing efficiency with CHANEL's luxury standards.
What you will bring to the team:
* Experience delivering cross-functional projects and embedding process change in complex supply chain environments.
* Strong knowledge of project management, process mapping, and change management methodologies.
* Technical fluency with operational systems, enabling you to partner effectively with IT and business stakeholders.
* A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, able to inspire and mobilise diverse teams.
* Analytical skills to define, measure, and report on project outcomes and operational improvements.
What you will gain from this experience:
* Hands-on leadership of transformative projects across CHANEL's Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery, and Fragrance & Beauty divisions, in addition to the brands corporate functions.
* Opportunity to shape the operational backbone of a luxury brand, working at the intersection of heritage and innovation.
* Experience implementing leading-edge systems and process improvements that impact the brand regionally and globally.
* Professional growth in a role that values both curiosity and capability, positioning you as a key enabler of CHANEL's long-term strategic success.
