We're looking for a motivated and collaborative Business Partner to join our Colleague Communications & Experience (CC&E) business partnering team, supporting the Group COO (GCOO) function for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. * Translate complex change into clear, accessible stories that help colleagues understand what's changing and what it means for them.
* Draft and shape content for a range of channels, ensuring a consistent and human tone of voice - supporting both internal and external communications.

Support change and leadership communications
* Help leaders communicate change effectively and authentically, including on priority programmes such as strategic resets.
