Join our dynamic team as a CS&Q Leader Europe - Global ETO and lead the charge in elevating our quality standards to new heights! We're seeking a passionate quality leader who can transform our manufacturing excellence vision into reality.

What will you do:
* Drive customer satisfaction and quality initiatives across multiple countries, establishing and maintaining rigorous quality standards for materials, processes, and finished products
* Lead and develop quality management programs focused on continuous improvement of manufacturing systems, emphasizing customer-centric approaches
* Supervise comprehensive quality functions, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and implementation of measurement systems
* Monitor and analyze customer and employee feedback loops to enhance manufacturing processes and business systems
* Guide and mentor quality professionals while fostering broad employee engagement in quality initiatives

What will make you successful:
* Proven track record in manufacturing quality improvement and customer satisfaction leadership
* Advanced knowledge of quality management systems, Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen methodologies
* Strong project management capabilities with experience in implementing large-scale quality programs
* Excellence in developing and maintaining customer feedback systems
* Outstanding leadership abilities with demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams
