We are currently looking for an organised and driven Deputy Department Manager for our Men's RTW Department within Harrods. The successful candidate will support the Department Manager in the efficient running of the department, ensuring sales targets and operational targets are met; all clients receive the highest level of service and the team are supervised and motivated.
This is a full time role which requires flexibility to work Monday to Sunday, 40 hours per week, on a shift pattern.
Previous experience at Assistant Manager level within luxury fashion. Strong knowledge of Men's RTW, shoes and accessories. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Proven ability to lead an experienced and capable team. A Strong people developer, able to grow talent within the team. Proven track record of recruiting clients and developing long-term customer relationships. A passion for Christian Dior and our collections. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends. Fluency in a second language (preferred)
