Supply Planner

About the Role:

Ensures delivery planning from production plants, sales analysis and supply chain reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

* Planning deliveries of high turnover goods from European factories based on prepared forecasts
* Close cooperation with planners in individual production plants within the EU
* Control and optimization of warehouse stocks
* Cooperation and support of the sales department and customer service
* Identification of trends and processing of gap analyses, proposals and recommendations for forecast corrections
* Maintenance and updating of data in the SAP/APO system
* Creation of reports, overviews and analyzes - streamlining work in the department with regard to the processing of large volumes of data into simple outputs, creation of new tools and reports in Excel
* Participation in the process of preparation and creation of demand planning and in the continuous improvement of the Sales & Operation Planning process

About You:

We are looking for a colleague, who has:
* Secondary school/university education
* Experience in the field of supply chain, ideally in the planning of production or delivery of goods
Profficient knowledge of Czech language
* Communicative knowledge of the English language (daily use)
* Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (advanced pivot tables, creating macros is an advantage)
* Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
* Experience in the field of demand planning
* Very good logical and analytical thinking
* Good communication skills
* Carefulness, conscientiousness
* Open and friendly mindset
