Job Requistion & summary

As a Recruiter you'll work closely with Ornella Indrová one of our Talent Acquisition Business Partner to manage recruitment for a wide range of roles for Technology Consulting based in Prague. You'll be responsible for the end to end management of recruitment from Consultant to Manager grade vacancies, from vacancy brief kick off meetings to an accepted offer. You will work with our hiring community, employer branding and recruitment operations teams to create the most effective recruitment strategy ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring managers and recruiters alike.

As a Recruiter you will:
* Establish good stakeholder relationships, ways of working and manage stakeholder expectations.
* Liaise with Hiring Managers to understand individual recruitment needs and ensure a detailed brief is undertaken for each vacancy.
* Take accountability for candidate generation; utilising our multiple channels and routes to market, including direct sourcing as well as job fairs.
* Own the candidate screening process; review, shortlist candidates.
* Advise and manage applicants through the interview and selection process, including providing interview feedback to candidates.
* Collaborate with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure interviews are progressing in a timely manner.
* Effectively manage the offer and onboarding process.
* Create unbiased, compelling and engaging job adverts, collaborate with our employer brand team to generate effective creative content and organise workshops for students.

Requirements of the role

* Ideally 2 years of recruiting experience, IT preferred.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple search projects simultaneously to meet/exceed time to fill requirements.
* Significant experience sourcing "passive" and "active" candidates through niche recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Teamio and others.
* Technically proficient with all aspects of internet sourcing, recruiting, and behavioral-based candidate evaluation.
* Passionate about providing exceptional customer service; builds strong and sustainable internal and external relationships, focus on candidate experience.
* Experience with Workday or Phenom is an advantage.
