Position: HR Executive
Reporting Manager: HR Operations Manager
The HR Executive plays a crucial role in supporting various aspects of human resources operations within the organization. This role
will be responsible for employee mobility, onboarding, HRIS data management, employee engagement, and general HR support.
Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. Prior internship or working experience in HR operations, employee mobility, onboarding or general HR support would be an advantage. Good understanding of HR processes, employee documentation and work pass matters. Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with employees, HRBPs and external vendors. Able to manage multiple tasks, follow through on responsibilities and meet deadlines in a timely manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Comfortable working with HR systems and handling data entry, data updates and reporting. Prior experience with SAP or other HR systems would be an advantage. Able to handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism. Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work independently as well as in a team. Takes accountability for assigned tasks and ensures timely follow-up until completion
