We are looking for a Sales Representative for a business unit within Schneider Electric that will, in the future, operate as an independent company under the name "Teira".
At "Teira", we don't just modernize buildings - we transform how people experience them. With around 530 dedicated colleagues across 40 locations throughout the Nordics, we share a common mission: to make the buildings constructed before today's sustainability standards ready for the future.
In this role, you will act as an Offer Specialist (V2), driving selected projects and accounts. You'll collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, focusing on segments such as Life Science, C&SP and Retail. Your mission is to define and implement growth strategies, execute the sales process, and become a trusted advisor to our customers.
What You'll Do
* Drive project sales for specific accounts as V2 and engage all "Teiras" sales teams
* Grow profitable sales by securing order targets and maximizing revenues and margins
* Build strong relationships with customers at all levels (C-level, engineering, purchasing)
* Ensure "Teira" is connected to key decision-makers
* Provide accurate reports and maintain project lists in bFO
* Collaborate with peers, Tender Managers, and Service teams to maximize commercial effectiveness
* Develop annual account plans, including stakeholder mapping and buying-behavior analysis
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent experience
* Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
* Proven track record in sales or business development
* Experience driving growth and managing customer relationships
* Ability to work in regional and international sales environments
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Ability to understand customer needs and present compelling solutions
