* Responsibility for ensuring smooth operations in your area of expertise and maintaining the highest quality standards
* Performing minor and major maintenance and repair work
* Various cleaning tasks
* Regular inspection rounds
* Summer: Lawn care / Winter: Snow removal
* As the hotel is open for approximately 3 to 3.5 months each in the summer and winter seasons, weekend and shift work is required during these periods.

* Extensive experience in similar positions, preferably in (luxury) hospitality
* Passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to excellence in all areas
* Strong craftsmanship skills
* Flexibility, structured work approach, and organizational talent
* Languages: Fluent in German and English (must-have)
* Enjoys working in a dynamic and demanding environment
