What To Expect
As an HR Operations Associate, you will collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to support the following initiatives:

What You'll Do

* Support the pre-onboarding process and orientation training for new hires, ensuring a smooth start to their journey.
* Assist in developing and executing communication plans for HR programs.
* Help streamline and standardize HR workflows and maintain employee data throughout the employment lifecycle.
* Collaborate on data analysis to identify trends that improve employee engagement and experience.
* Support the administration of payroll and benefit related enrollment/ withdrawal process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of solutions.

What You'll Bring

* Bachelors or Masters degree in human resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Communications, or business-related degree.
* Self-motivated learner with a results-driven mindset, capable of independent problem-solving, creative thinking, and demonstrating intellectual curiosity.
* Demonstrates strong ability to embrace and adapt to change, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, basic English communication skills.
* Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office tools/programs (Excel, Word, etc.), familiar with project management is a plus.
* Previous work experience or internships in related field is a plus.
