People Development Expert EMEA (all genders)

full-time position in our Division Human Resources in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt as soon as possible.

Your tasks:
* You lead HR development initiatives, including training, engagement programs, and career frameworks
* You act as the main contact for HR projects, working with teams across the organization
* Senior leadership relies on you to report on project progress, risks, and milestones
* You track project performance using key metrics and KPIs
* Your reports provide insights, recommendations, and improvements to senior management

Your profile:
* You bring experience in HR development, project management, or organizational development
* Your expertise covers HR best practices, talent management, and performance development
* Managing projects and working with multicultural teams is one of your strengths
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills help you influence stakeholders
* A proactive mindset and fluency in English and German enable you to thrive in an international environment
