About this Position

In this position, you support warehouse operations by ensuring accurate inventory management, proper FIFO/FEFO application, and continuous process improvements to boost efficiency. You analyze stock movements, coordinate with operations teams, prepare performance reports, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

What you´ll do

* Support inventory counting processes, including cycle counts and annual stock counts, to ensure inventory accuracy
* Ensure FIFO / FEFO principles are correctly applied across warehouse operations
* Analyze stock movements and propose improvements to increase operational efficiency and productivity
* Coordinate with warehouse operations teams to ensure proper product placement and optimal space utilization
* Support warehouse process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and warehouse standards and procedures
* Prepare regular reports and provide performance feedback to the Warehouse Manager

What makes you a good fit

* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations
* Strong knowledge of SAP (required)
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
* Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
* Strong team player with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and analytical skills
