WHAT YOU WILL DO

Perfetti Van Melle is one of the world's largest manufacturers and distributors of confectionery and chewing gum. We create imaginative products and brands that are enjoyed in over 150 countries and includes brands such as Vivident, Mentos, Big Babol, and Chupa Chups operating in the Food / Fast Consumption sector.
We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our Supply Chain HR team, where you will be responsible for recruitment, training, performance management, organizational development, and employer branding activities.
Details of the role are as follows:
Main Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the full recruitment process; job posting, cv screening, phone interviews, face to face interviews, assessment development organization, reference checks, offer preparation, on-boarding and orientation,
* Responsible for talent and stakeholder management,
* Responsible for learning & development activities; organizing training programs in line with company strategy, scheduling training sessions, administrating company's e-learning training portal, monitoring the budget,
* Overseeing corporate communication according to the plan.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is expected to have the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field,
* Minimum 2 years of experience in HR functions
* Excellent command of written and verbal English,
* Proficiency in MS Office applications,
* Strong communication and team player skills,
* Highly effective organization planning and time management skills
