Job Description

You join the IT Risk & Compliance & Finance Technology domain of Natixis IM Operating Services, which is looking for a Project Management Assistant, for an alternation of 2 years from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Collect, analyze and formalize the needs of users and stakeholders (methods, workshops);
* Define the objectives and success criteria of projects, in co-construction with the business and the IT team;
* Propose and document adapted functional solutions, ensuring traceability and alignment with compliance and safety requirements;
* Write clear technical and functional specifications, exploitable by the development team and the business;
* Design and execute test scenarios and ensure the follow-up of anomalies until resolution;
* Participate in the integration of developments on the different environments until the implementation of solutions, coordinating exchanges between the project team and the business;
* Produce and maintain the associated documentation (specifications, user guides, release notes);
* Provide daily application support to users and contribute to continuous improvement (feedback, optimization proposal);
* Participate in the security and evolution of the tools in place, particularly regarding Risk & Compliance requirements.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

BAC +4 level student, you prepare a university degree, from business school or engineering school, with a specialization in Finance.

A first experience or a significant internship in Project Management would be a plus.

You have a good command of Excel and some basic SQL, as well as functional skills in market finance environment and market products.

You have good interpersonal skills and a developed sense of customer service.

You are rigorous, open-minded and motivated.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
