COMMERCIAL GRADUATE PROGRAM

A Graduate Program at L'Oréal Middle East will allow you to gain strong professional experience, learn and connect with the best in the industry! Come & join one of our Commercial teams for a 9-12 months assignment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

You will be an integral part of one of our Commercial teams, supporting business growth, strengthening retailer partnerships, and contributing to the execution of commercial strategies across the region.
* Support the development and execution of commercial plans with key retail partners
* Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to provide recommendations to management
* Assist in forecasting, stock management, and tracking product performance
* Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure strong execution of launches and promotional campaigns in-store and online
* Support the preparation of business reviews, retailer presentations, and performance reports
* Monitor KPIs and contribute to identifying growth opportunities across categories and channels
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, finance, marketing, and retail teams to support business objectives
* Contribute to improving customer experience and driving sell-out performance

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Confident in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrate an ability to work in a multi-functional environment and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Commercially aware with strong business acumen
* Able to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Fluent in English and Arabic languages

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS & DETAILS

* You must be in your final year of university or a fresh graduate (less than 2 years)
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field
* Available for a full-time 9-12 months assignment
