This will have a real impact on the lives of millions of adult smokers and on society at large. We're currently opening applications to our EMPOWER Your Early career program! Program is a learning opportunity to understand different sides of our business, support important projects & and experience international assignments. You will live the FMCG life and get to know our core business. Together with other participants from Slovakia and Hungary you will participate in various trainings, workshops and learning groups to accelerate the development of key competencies. You will have an opportunity to work on different assignments in your home country and you will also experience a short assignment abroad. Program will blend your unique skills with a fast-paced environment, mentoring with leaders, an international community, and exposure to different functions and senior leaders. This program will last from 12-15 months, after which you will have the opportunity to continue developing yourself professionally through exciting new roles. Program will start 16.9. 2023. We are looking for someone with the following experience, skill set and mentality * Minimum bachelor's degree (business/MBA/economic background) * Maximum 2 years after university graduation * Language Fluency in Czech and English * Willingness to relocate abroad for a short assignment. * Fast learner, curious and thinking out of the box. * Coming up with own initiative, courage for experimentation * Agility and ability to adjust to dynamic market situation. * Ability to understand and leverage commercial insights. * Team player with good collaboration skills What we Offer You will find that our company offers a dynamic and international work environment, with learning opportunities, space for your own initiative and courage to try new things.
