Kick-start your HR career with Hilti! We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Graduate Intern to help deliver high-quality HR services across the META region.

In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and regional collaboration, while working closely with a dynamic team in a fast-paced and international environment.

What You'll Bring

* A recent bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
* Interest in HR Operations or Shared Services
* Previous HR internship experience is a plus
* Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
* Exposure to ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira is a plus
* Strong communication skills in both English and Turkish
* Attention to detail, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
* Ability to stay organized and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
