Aufgaben

WHAT YOUR TASKS ARE
* Support in managing the Procure-to-Pay Process; starting with the identification of suitable suppliers up to negotiations and contract arrangements
* Search for new suppliers and keep up-to-date on market trends
* Analyze and create spend data dashboards
* Work with intercompany management and controlling, in order to set up internal agreements and safeguard cash management
* Support in the implementation of corporate guidelines

Anforderungen

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
* Enrollment at a university with a business focus (preferable major in procurement, finance or controlling)
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, S4/HANA knowledge desirable
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a fast grasp of complex issues
* High level of commitment and independent, structured way of working
* Very good knowledge of English
* Can-do mentality and self- starter!
* High flexibility and team orientation
