Your tasks
As a flexicant (m/f/d), you will complete your voluntary internship and benefit from attractive pay and flexible working hours.

From 01.09.202 6, you will support the team with the following responsible tasks:

* Support in implementing and developing skill-based personnel development processes
* Supporting employees and users with skill management processes, in particular in the "Growth Hub" system
* Creating and maintaining communication measures such as mailings, intranet content and learning videos
* Analysis of skill management data and support for reporting and evaluation processes
* Participation in the design and implementation of user training for PowerBI dashboards
* Support in linking skill management with other HR and learning offerings
* Collaboration in optimizing and automating standardized tasks through the use of AI tools
* Cooperation with various HR departments and support for group-wide projects
* Assistance in preparing presentations, documentation and communication documents
* Collaboration in the day-to-day operations of a modern HR development division

Your profile
You are studying business psychology, business administration, communication sciences, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* Knowledge of competence management or HR processes
* First experience in personnel development
* Affinity for digital tools and AI applications
* Safe use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
* Strong communication skills in German and English
