Intern Global Commercial Program Management Office DGF
JOIN OUR TEAM IN BONN FOR AN INTERNSHIP PROGRAM (40 HOURS PER WEEK)
STARTING 1st OF SEPTEMBER, 2026, FOR 6 MONTHS WITH THE OPTION OF EXTENSION FOR ANOTHER 6 MONTHS

Job Purpose
* Supports global sector development and commercial growth initiatives through research, coordination, and project support
* Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and initiatives
* Contributes to strategic projects by providing analytical insights and supporting execution of key programs

Key Tasks
* Support coordination and communication of global sector development initiatives
* Assist in scaling cross-business unit growth sectors (LSH, New Energy, Data Center Logistics) through sector advisory activities and data research
* Collaborate with Global and Regional Sector Heads, Marketing, other Divisions, and stakeholders across Global Marketing & Sales
* Take ownership of selected projects focused on harmonization and digitalization across sectors and commercial growth topics
* Develop understanding of sector trends, solutions, and growth frameworks
* Support our Commercial Program Management Office by providing hands-on support on strategic initiatives across Commercial, Product and Marketing ensuring alignment with CCO priorities and milestones

* Business Units like CSI, DHL Supply Chain, Freight
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education and experience
* You are currently enrolled in the field of Business Administration, Economic Science, or any comparable program within Germany
* Ideally, you have already gained practical experience within Sales, Business Development or Strategy
* You value working within a team and you are able to successfully & proactively apply your analytical and communicative abilities within a project team
* You are able to manage challenging situations
* Apart from excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint)
* PowerBi skills are in advantage
* You have very good English language skills (German is a plus)
* You are a person with a self-motivated character and a proactive working style
* You are systematic and have a flexible problem solving way of working
* You are available for 12 months for 40 hours/week
Your Profile
IMPORTANT: You must be a Bachelor or Master student. You must have a valid work permit for an internship in Germany.
