The Digital Factory Lab (DFL) is the incubator for innovation and digitalization projects for Mercedes-Benz Production. As a start-up workshop, we live the start-up spirit and offer all employees agile methods and modern workspaces to implement their ideas quickly. This results in innovative digital products that increase the flexibility, quality and competitiveness of the factory and are used worldwide within Mercedes-Benz AG. Our interdisciplinary team supports several products and, as an interface between production and IT, advises the specialist departments on innovations and agile working methods. This ranges from small digitalization ideas to the development of an augmented reality tool for quality assurance. In the Digital Factory Lab, you will get to know different areas of automotive production! We work according to SCRUM, which means that we live agile values and pull tasks independently. As a swarm, we are represented in Sindelfingen and Bremen, so remote work is part of our everyday life. Would you like to become part of our motivated, self-organized team? We offer you these challenges:
* You will support our Agile Coaches in the implementation of digitalization products and the further development of the DFL (Digital Factory Lab)
* You will learn agile working methods, apply them and pass them on
* You will be involved in tasks such as organizing workshops, communication, prototype tests and user surveys
* You bring new impulses to the team

Qualifikationen

* Ongoing Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma studies in the field of psychology, computer science, UI/UX design, communication, marketing or economics (with a possible focus on innovation)
* Confident written and spoken German and English skills
* You work on your own initiative and are enthusiastic about self-organized work
* You identify with the agile principles & values and ideally have experience in agile working methods, e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking
* You demonstrate strong communication skills within and outside the team and have an interest in visualization and creativity
* You challenge the status quo and tackle necessary changes independently - you don't get lost in details, but focus on the essentials
