The MLE Traineeship

The MLE programme is a three-year traineeship consisting of three 12-month rotations in varies business areas such as Sales, Category Management, Marketing and Digital, which directly contribute to the growth and impact of our business. As an MLE trainee, you will have the opportunity to:

* Participate in three dynamic rotations, providing insight into different leadership paths.

We are looking for recent graduates with a master's degree in 2025 or 2026 who:

* Have a growth mindset, interpersonal skills and the ability to build confidence.

* Innovative thinking and a willingness to bring fresh ideas to Mars.
* Be fluent in German and English.
