IQVIA Clinical Internship Saudi Arabia

This hybrid role (office visits required) offers an excellent opportunity for Saudi Nationals looking to begin or advance their career in Clinical Research. As part of our development program, you will gain hands-on experience, industry exposure, and the foundation needed for long-term success in the field. The ideal candidate is a graduate at Medical/Scientific University with excellent communication skills in local language and in English, and demonstrates enthusiasm to grow and to develop further in the Clinical Research area.

· Insight into key phases of clinical trials and a strong understanding of Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) responsibilities
· Practical experience working alongside CTAs and supporting daily clinical operations
· Exposure to a dynamic, international business environment, developing professional and cross-functional collaboration skills

· Full-time, 6-month program, with the intention to offer a permanent contract upon successful completion

Eligibility Criteria:

· Saudi Nationality
· Bachelor's Degree
· Currently unemployed, with no GOSI registration for the past 6 months
· Registered on the National Labor Gateway (TAQAT)
· Must not own or participate in a family business
· First-time enrolment in the Tamheer Program
