Operations Assistant Intern - HR in the Corporate Enterprise Function will
* Schedule hiring requests for each role, level, location
* Create and manage requisitions
* Forge relationship with hiring managers
* Collect feedback from internal stakeholders
* Maintain recruiting tracking databases for statistical analysis and monthly reports
* Support other recruiting projects and initiatives
What you'll bring:
* Candidates must be Human Resources students who are in the final 12 to 18 months of their degree program
* Must have exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
* Basic understanding of recruitment platforms (ATS) or willingness to learn
* Familiarity with professional networks such as LinkedIn
* Interest in learning about selection processes, interviews, and employer branding
* Fluency in English
* Client-first mentality
* Intense work ethic
* Collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach
