Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme ("MRC") for Hong Kong

The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions ("AIs") to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual's previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

* Design and implement lightweight LLM prototypes
* Test LLM outputs for accuracy and relevance
* Communicate with potential users to collect and translate requirements into design
* Document and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Research emerging LLM tools and frameworks

Requirements:

Requirements

* Undergraduate in Computer Science or related disciplines
* Previous project experience in computer science or a related field is preferred
* Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and API integration
* Experience with rapid prototyping tools (e.g., Streamlit, Gradio) is a plus
* Basic understanding of large language model concepts
* Proficiency in using LLM in academic and day-to-day settings is definitely an asset
