Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Support company strategy and culture promotion program from concept design, preparation, promotion to event organization.
- Support facility-level communications across multiple channels, such as newsletters, WeChat, video, SharePoint, internal TV, and other digital platforms.
- Support employee events and meetings preparation
- Support HR document administration, including document stamping, internal distribution, and proper filing and archiving.
- Other HR projects or tasks assigned.

Required Qualifications:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* High sense of responsibility with strong execution capability; proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle both important and repetitive tasks with patience and accuracy
* Good written communication skills in both Chinese and English
* Good time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
* Ability to conduct basic video shooting and editing
* Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Familiarity with digital tools and platforms is preferred.
