Assist with employee documentation and personnel file management and support employment contract preparation、renewal、filing.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Assist with employee documentation and personnel file management
* Support employment contract preparation, renewal, and filing
* Generate HR letters and certificates (e.g. employment verification)
* Provide basic support to employee inquiries
* Support daily HR operations and ad hoc tasks

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Bachelor's or master's degree
* Detail-oriented and responsible
* Good communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Available to work on-site at least 3-4 days per week
