Job Accountabilities
* Responsible for clinical laboratory cell culture-related work (e.g., cell passaging and routine observation, sterile operations, etc.), completing daily tasks in compliance with procedures and ensuring full traceability of the experimental process.
* Conduct clinical analytical testing for animal study testing material and related samples (e.g., virus dilution and titer determination, with result record collation; ELISA testing or virus isolation of samples, with result record collation) and escalate any deviations or abnormalities in a timely manner.
* Maintain complete and accurate raw data and test records; support quality documentation filing/archiving and version control; assist with document preparation for inspections/audits as needed.
* Responsible for daily laboratory maintenance and 6S; assist in consumables inventory and usage tracking; perform routine instrument/equipment checks, maintenance, calibration, and operation logs to ensure safe and efficient lab operations; complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
* Full-time interns who can commit to an internship period of one year or longer are preferred. 4 times a week, working in Taizhou
* College degree or above, majors related to biology, pharmacy, microbiology, veterinary medicine, etc.
* Hands-on experience in sterile technique and cell culture is preferred; experience with virus titration, ELISA and hemagglutination/hemagglutination inhibition assays and/or other animal study sample testing is a plus.
* Familiar with basic computer applications; able to maintain accurate records and support documentation filing/archiving in a compliant manner.
* Good communication skills, good team player and strong learning agility is preferred.
