Title: Front Office Internship for Thanos Hotels & Resorts, Cyprus

What is the internship?
This internship is designed for students who have a passion for hospitality and a strong interest in creating memorable guest experiences.
As a Guest Relations Intern, you will assist the Guest Relations team in ensuring that every guest feels welcome, valued, and well cared for throughout their stay. You'll help handle guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services, and support the delivery of personalized service that reflects the hotel's high standards.
You will work under the guidance and supervision of your mentor and the Guest Relations team.

Your daily tasks
* Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures when required.
* Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
* Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
* Assist in managing guest feedback, resolving minor complaints, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate guest records and assist with updating guest profiles.
* Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
* Follow up with guests requests and give a fond farewell to each guest.
* Uphold the hotel's standards of appearance, service, and professionalism always.What we require from you
* Currently studying at Hospitality Educational Institution and completing your placement as part of your institution's course cuticulum
* To be eligible to work in Cyprus (EU)
* Fluent in spoken English
