Title: Front Office Internship for Thanos Hotels & Resorts, Cyprus

What is the internship?
This internship is designed for students who have a passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in learning the operations of a hotel's Rooms Division.
As a Rooms Division Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple departments within the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations. You will assist in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of guest service, and supporting the team in creating exceptional guest experience.
You will work under the guidance and supervision of your mentor and the Rooms Division team.

Your daily tasks
* Assist the Front Office team with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
* Support the Housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas
* Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
* Maintain accurate guest records and assist in updating profiles as needed
* Observe and learn daily operational procedures across the Rooms Division
* Assist in preparing reports, welcome materials, and special guest arrangements
* Uphold the hotel's standards of service, professionalism, and appearance alwaysWhat we require from you
* Currently studying at Hospitality Educational Institution and completing your placement as part of your institution's course cuticulum
* To be eligible to work in Cyprus (EU)
* Fluent in spoken English
