What this role is all about:
If you join Infobip as a Product Solution Intern, you will have an extraordinary opportunity to work as part of Infobip's world-class Customer Services team.
Product Solution Engineers are subject matter experts in all technical aspects of a product. As partners to the Product Development team, they ensure an ongoing product feedback loop with customer-facing teams. Their top priority is to assist with critical deliveries.

What you'll do:
* You will go through our onboarding program where you will learn about our products, solutions, and business.
* You will learn how to participate in beta projects and assist in early-release implementations.
* You will learn how to assist with complex deliveries for key customers.
* You will work on demo testing beta features to gain early hands-on experience and provide product feedback within QA testing phase.
* You will work closely with Product Development teams to understand the product roadmap and manage the implications on the deliverable template.
* You will learn how to own and develop internal and external implementation and troubleshooting guides.
* You will learn how to define and improve the QA framework for the designated implementation methodology (UAT).
* You will learn how to continuously improve and upgrade the demo environment and scoping practices (PSS).
* You will learn how to lead global CoP chapter for dedicated service or product
* We'll show you how complex business is conducted in a simple way and how to navigate in 3300+ employee company.

What makes you a strong fit:
* You are a final-year graduate (MA) student in computer science or technology.
* You aim to be an engineer who understands both technical and business sides of IT solutions.
* Fluent in Croatian and English.
* Able to work in Zagreb.
* Able to work full time.
* You are available to start work on July 6th, 2026.
* You hold valid student rights from "Studentski Centar" throughout the entire internship period (6 months).

Internship timeline:
* CV screening & Interview with Talent Acquisition (During April & May)
* Recruitment task (home assignments) (During May & June)
* Interview with Hiring team and selection process feedback (June)
* Start of internship program (July 6th)
* Orientation week in Zagreb Infobip campus (July 6th - 10th)
* Working with the mentor and within a team (July - January)
* End of the Internship program (January)
