Key responsibilities

* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business insights

* Contribute to developing innovative solutions for complex business challenges

* Support implementation of new processes and business strategies

* Participate in client meetings, workshops, and project coordination

* Help create concepts, pilots, business cases, and execution plans

* Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of outputs

* Collaborate with international EY teams on cross-functional projects

Skills and attributes for success

* Suitable for graduates and university students

* Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (or in progress)

* Field: business, economics, finance, management or related

* English - Upper-intermediate (B2)

* Microsoft Excel - Advanced
