Overview As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will gain a comprehensive and hands-on experience, actively supporting the recruitment process and contributing to the day-to-day operations of the area to ensure an outstanding candidate experience. Responsibilities Active Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Source candidates for immediate vacancies and talent pools using a variety of direct sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, advertising, social media engagement, networking, and employee referrals. Identify and engage potential candidates to build a consistent pipeline for open roles. CV Screening: Review incoming applications to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit according to role requirements. ATS Management: Support the maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System, updating candidate statuses and ensuring data accuracy throughout the recruitment funnel. Interview Coordination: Assist in coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers, managing agendas and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Recruitment Support: Collaborate in drafting job descriptions, publishing job ads, and supporting different Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects Qualifications Currently studying a Degree or Master's in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders. Comfortable working with digital tools and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.). Advanced level of English (C1 or equivalent), both written and spoken, with the ability to interact confidently in a professional environment. Additional information What We Offer: Duration: 6 months, extendable for another 6 months. Paid internship. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 14:00.
