The Business Development team is responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities across the EMEA region. Our team is divided into Inbound and Outbound functions.
Inbound: we engage with potential customers who connect with us through marketing initiatives such as webinars, events and the "Contact us" form.
Outbound: we proactively reach out to potential clients, exploring new markets and building strong business relationships.
By closely collaborating with Marketing and Sales, we ensure a seamless customer journey, from initial interest to long-term partnerships.

Your missions
The activities to be performed by the EMEA BDR Intern, offering hands-on experience in lead generation, sales strategy, operations and business development. Reporting to the EMEA BDR leader:
Lead Generation
* Reaching out to 'Unreachable' prospects to re-engage and qualify potential leads.
* Bypassing gatekeepers to connect with key decision-makers.
* Support management of the unreachable process - tracking capacity, M1 adherence to TAT, support to Management on the process to help implement improvements
* Finding and sourcing contacts for outbound sales initiatives to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
* Coordinating with BDH AI project team to utilize available AI tools and inform tools development to improve the souring process
* Support the EMEA BDH HUB team preparing outbound initiatives
* Checks for installed base / existing customer / existing sales engagement
Sales Strategy & Operations
* Building battle cards per brand and/or per industry to be embedded in our tools.
* Enriching the BDR playbook and the BDR community WIKI with tips & tricks and one-pagers for improving the usage of the BDR tools including HubSpot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.
* Documenting the tests and adoption of tools or features integrated to HubSpot like Sequences, LinkedIn, Breeze, Trueleads, AI tools, etc.
Your qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field, you are looking for a 6 months internship, ASAP.
Strong research skill with the ability to identify and gather relevant company and contact information. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and take innovative.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English and Spanish, and/or French, German, Dutch or Italian; additional languages are a plus.
