Team Introduction: The Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business-critical insights using analysis and financial modeling, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. We are looking for entrepreneurial spirits to join our Monetization Strategy team. You will have a ground floor opportunity to shape monetization efforts for TikTok. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to assess performance and plan for the future. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks. Support strategic initiatives for global markets through desk research, product analysis, and data interpretation 2. Conduct competitive and market landscape analysis, and contribute to the development of product and go-to-market strategies 3. Compile industry and thematic research reports with clear, data-driven conclusions and recommendations 4. Track industry trends, user behavior, and content ecosystems on a regular basis to identify emerging opportunities or risks 5. Deliver research insights to inform product positioning, feature prioritization, and content strategy decisions

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026 2. Currently pursuing an MBA degree. 3. Solid understanding of basic industry research methodologies and strong logical thinking skills. 4. Highly self-motivated, responsible, and passionate about internet products, with a strong sense of curiosity. 5. Strong data analysis skills. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Prior internship experience in internet strategy, investment, or related fields. 2. Experience working with a global team. 3. Proficiency in Thinkcell and data platforms such as App Annie, QuestMobile, and Wind
