JOB TITLE: Trainee, Retail Operations
REPORTS TO: Senior Director, Retail Operations
JOB PURPOSE:
The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization's short and long-term objectives through day-to-day administrative and long-term project work. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results and present a project to our Executive Leadership Team. The Retail Operations Trainee is responsible for supporting the Retail Operations team in delivering consistent, efficient store operations across the retail network. This role contributes to operational excellence by managing key administrative tasks, documenting processes, and assisting with the development of SOPs and training materials. Through data collection and analysis, KPI tracking, and field feedback gathering, the trainee helps identify opportunities for improvement and supports compliance, audit readiness, and ongoing departmental initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS: At least 6 months of prior experience Full-time, 12-month program from July 2026 through July 2027 Available to work M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from home Strong English communications skills both verbal and written Excellent follow-through practices Solid attention to detail and accuracy Must have an extremely strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments Ability to learn quickly and retain processes Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI & Outlook) Adobe photoshop experience is a plus
