Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly passionate and driven DEI & CSR Intern to join our Human Resources team in the Spring of 2026. As a DEI & CSR intern, you will support the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, reporting directly to the Sr Director DEI & CSR, gaining hands-on experience in implementing strategies, coordinating programs, and assisting with communications and data-driven insights. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a culture of belonging and social responsibility within our organization through impactful analysis.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is an excellent ability to organize tasks and maintain meticulous attention to detail. This role requires a collaborative individual who can thrive in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected, along with a proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a significant plus. Compensation Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour Graduate Interns will be compensated at: $25/hour Criteria Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study. Able and willing to work at the assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC
