LenovoIntelligent Devices Group (IDG)Human Resources teamis seeking a self-motivated internto support ourIDG Commercialorganization.You willcollaborate withHR partnerstoorganizeemployee and manager development forums,supportorganizational initiatives,contribute to annual HR programs, and help enhanceengagement across all levels.
The ideal candidate will havea strong desireto learn and develop new skills, including communicating clearly and convincingly.They will need to have the ability to work independently as a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in an ever-evolving environment, and adaptmessagingacross different audiences.
Responsibilities
* Organize employee and manager development forums, including selecting and developing relevant topics
* Shadow and support HR partners on organizational and people-related matters
* Assistwith planning and supporting theIDG CommercialInternProgram
* Conduct data analysis on annual employee survey to support future people initiatives
* Organize HRSharePoint page for use by internal HR team andresources forCommercial segment employees
* Create and curate content for LinkedIn
* Ad-hocrequestsbased onbusiness need
Basic Qualifications
* Current undergraduate or graduate student(preferred majors in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields)
* Project management skills and experience
* Proficiencyin Microsoft Office 365 tools
* Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Comfortable asking questions and doing the due diligence to understand the landscape
* Self-starter and can juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
* Good timemanagement and organizational skills
* Creative, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
