Job Description Summary
We are looking for an internship candidate to join our Project Control team in Tampere, Finland. Project Control function is supporting our Operations to manage the project schedule & costs of our projects and to ensure we deliver on-time and within budget. Project Control trainee will participate on project cost analysis and planning and will work closely with project controllers and planners. Project Control trainee is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of operational performance that is both historical and forward looking.

The initial focus will be on cost controlling but will extend on schedule control and planning later on depending on your background and experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Contribute on Project monthly cost and scope reviews with cross-functional project team
* During the project delivery phase, you will identify, escalate, and support the project team to mitigate potential schedule and cost overrun risks
* Support on developing and taking into use new processes and tools

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college; or equivalent knowledge or experience
* Some experience from Project Management, Cost Controlling or Project Planning
* Knowledge of project management processes and procedures
* Fluency in English language, Finnish language seen as benefit

* Some experience either in project planning or in project cost controlling​
* Above all we expect you to be a self-starter with high level of flexibility, resilience and self-learning attitude. As a person, you are a solid team-player with good prioritizing, communication and interpersonal skills.
