Trainee, Digital Twin

Descripción del puesto:

* Duration: 6 months / Flexible
* Target start date: May 15th / As soon as possible
* Current BSc/MSc students in relevant areas, such as ICT
* Location: Espoo, Finland
Focus of this trainee position is to support and develop digital twin software at Nokia Espoo Innovation Garage. As the base for digital twin has already been developed by Metropolia ICT unit, the trainee will continue developing the platform and coordinate the collaboration with Metropolia University of Applied Sciences ICT unit. You will contribute to developing the Nokia Espoo Innovation Garage, which represents a mindset and offers physical possibilities to hack, make, dream, and share new ideas without R&D regulations, without bureaucracy, and without boundaries, in an encouraging and collaborative environment.

* Coding and improving digital twin (Java, Python, C#...)
* Contributing to VR/AR, 3D modeling tasks
* Supporting activities in Nokia Espoo Innovation Garage such as co-hosting ecosystem and university events - including communication, coordination, facilitation tasks and networking
* Contributing to cooperation with university entities, especially in the context of innovation projects

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

You must have:
* Fluent communication skills in English
* Basic knowledge in Digital Twins
* Knowledge in Object-Oriented Programming (Java, Python, C#…)
* Knowledge in VR/AR, 3D modeling

It would be nice if you also had:
* Skills in Web programming
* Skills in Machine Learning / AI
* Skills in Cloud computing and Virtualization
* Knowledge in Embedded systems and IoT

* Knowledge in Game engines (Unity, Unreal…)

* Knowledge in Cybersecurity and Linux environments
Kindly note that to be able to work as a trainee at Nokia Finland, you must hold an active student status and be located in Finland since international relocation support is not available for trainee positions
