Talent Acquisition Intern

Tasks

* Assist the France/Benelux Recruitment team by sourcing and screening candidates both graduates and professional candidates in IT and Business Consulting
* Participate in university careers fairs and other graduate recruiting events to attract top graduates from these universities
* Support the team in organizing numerous recruitment events across France
* Work on a variety of global recruiting projects to enhance the team's effectiveness and improve our various external events
* Reporting of recruiting KPIs

Qualifications

* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, Economics or any other relevant fields of study
* You have a passion for attracting and sourcing talent, taking inspiration from the latest trends in recruiting
* Fluent in French and very good level of English required
* You are a goal-oriented individual, focused on delivering high-quality recruiting results
* You can demonstrate excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly phone manner
