Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS
You are joining our team within the department Global Markets, in the team Corporate Loan Syndicate, who is looking for Intern Corporate Loan Syndicate, for a duration of 6 months from June 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Assist in the preparation of pitchbooks and other marketing materials for corporate clients, in coordination with the bank's other business lines (Coverage, ASF Origination, ESG, DCM, ECM, Capital Structure & Rating, etc.), with a particular focus on syndication strategy and market prices;
* Update and maintain the various databases (price tracking, lender universe, submission of league tables, etc.);
* Assist in drafting opinions and syndication memos for the "Business" and Credit Committees;
* Assist with all administrative tasks, particularly reporting (entering distribution campaigns into Singular, the internal reporting tool for example);
* Assist in drafting syndication documents (invitation letter, NDA, presentation of transactions, commitment letter, etc.);
* Contribute to the coordination process between Origination and Sales during primary syndications, Q&A exchanges with invited banks and exchanges with other coordinating banks (if applicable);
