With more than 30 brands Estée Lauder Companies is one of the worldwide leaders in producing and distributing beauty products, including skincare, make-up, fragrances, and haircare. Indirect Procurement are now hiring an Intern for our offices in Ile de France, France where our Regional EMEA Indirect Procurement roles as well as business Regional functions are located.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a 6 months intern to join the Brand & Consumer Facing team part of our EUKEM Indirect Procurement. In this role, you will be working on the various topics related to our subcategories within the 6 months' assignment, with a strong focus on Collaterals (Print & Visual Merchandising)
* Contribute to onboarding Global vendors across the region
* Management of end to end sourcing activity for selected topics.
* Contribute to cross-functional topics working closely with IP Manager and Director orientated around Stakeholder Management, Suppliers and Spend.
* Conduct sub-categories transversal activities such as sub-categories playbook building, Sustainability analysis, Preferred vendor list management & deployment
* Advertising & Promotion Categories cover: Media, Creative, Market Research, Influencer, Events & PR
* Store Design & Collaterals cover : Store Design, Visual Merchandising, Print & Premiums

Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated, eager to learn student with strong academic records and ideally a previous experience (internship, placement) either in Indirect Procurement or in other fields. You have already had an experience abroad or have studied abroad and have strong, stakeholder management, negotiation, advanced analytical and presentation skills. You are an enthusiastic person, fast learner, with very good communication skills. You have a leadership experience through extra-curricular achievements. The business language is English, any other additional languages is a plus.
