Among key responsibilities, you will
* Contribute to the smooth operation of our IS/IT assets and network, and ensure cybersecurity best practices, by creating/ updating a server room, assisting with the installation, configuration, and upgrade of network equipment; create a back-up system; set-up a secured system for network monitoring.
* Manage our IS/IT inventory, configure updates to laptops/ workstations.
* Use AI models to manage IT storage and infrastructure
* Participate in the development of ultra-secured server rooms.
Some SW development and business transformation contributions can be useful, according to candidate skills.
* Laptop/workstation configuration
* Setup, configuration and delivery (tracking) of laptops and workstations to users in offices and labs
* Support provided to final user to complete registration and installation of applications needed
* Network setup, configuration, upgrade in lab network
* Inventory of IT material: definition and documentation of data model and related process and data migration
* Use AI models to manage IT storage and infrastructure
* User support: update wiki and provide direct user support
* SW development and business transformation contributions can be useful, according to candidate skills

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Masters in IS/IT or network
* Interest in AI
* Basics of network administration (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
* Basics in Operating systems: Windows, Linux
* Tools: VMware, GIT, Nmap, Wireshark
* Good knowledge of Database: MySQL, MS SQL , VB, C#, PHP, JavaScript
* Experience in Microsoft tools (Office, Outlook, Teams, Word,Sharepoint …)
* Good level in English and French: As an integrated member of an international team, you will need strong collaboration and communication skills (English mandatory)
