Job Description

You join our Human Resources Development team, which is looking for a HR project manager for a internship of 6 months from June 2026.
As an HR Project Manager, you accompany the Leader Talent Management to implement the key initiatives of our HR roadmap (performance and Talent management, career support, etc).
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Participate in the management and animation of ongoing projects, organize and participate in working groups;
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Talent management tool, in connection with HRIS teams;
* Contribute to the management and monitoring of HR campaigns (performance evaluation, career interview...);
* Participate in communication actions related to projects and the animation of the Talents referents of the different entities;
* Exchange with our partners and internal clients (HR directors and entity talent referents, HR managers...), as well as organize work meetings in order to carry out these actions.
