About the assignment:
Supports Supply Chain Planning team with activities in the area of inventory management, demand forecasting & performance indicators ( KPI). Analyze reports & data to provide insights and support planning and forecasting (review key drivers & corrective actions).

Duration:
Approximately 20 weeks.

Project Objectives:
* Get thorough insight on the Supply Chain Planning activities and its various links to other SC department as well as Business through the SIOP process
* Support SC Planning team with specific daily tasks or analysis, under the umbrella of your coordinator:
o Back order reviews & supporting actions
o In transit shipments, flagging delays or priorities.
o Inventory analysis to identify constraints, excess, or low stock risks.
o Replenishment execution toward Distribution Centers.
o Standard reports preparation for weekly/monthly planning / SIOP meetings.

* Attention to detail and excellent follow through
* Collaborative approach
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Enthusiastic person on bachelor or master level
* Analytical and critical mindset
* Reporting skills is an asset
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Suites (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.)
* Fluent in English (any other language is a plus)
* Ability to take initiatives and responsibilities
* Working with deadlines
* Professional experience in a multinational organization is a nice to have
