HR COORDINATOR INTERN - HR COMMUNICATIONS

During your 6-month internship in HR Coordination based in Amsterdam, you will get the unique opportunity to strengthen the Stellantis Netherlands HR team by assisting it with a variety of tasks. You will be working in an international and dynamic environment.

There are two tracks for the HR Internship - the Recruitment & Talent Acquisition track and the HR Communications track. For the Communications track, your missions are:

MISSIONS
* You will be in charge of writing, designing and publishing all internal HR communications (newsletters, bulletins, policy reminders, event announcements) on multiple platforms.
* You will organize and promote company events and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (e.g coordinating charity initiatives with NGOs).
* You will assist colleagues with compliance and ensuring clarity, inclusivity and authenticity in messages.
* You will execute internal and external communications and develop initiatives related to employee engagement and wellbeing as well as diversity & inclusion.
* You will help harmonise internal processes to optimise efficiency (recent merger of the group);
* You will assist the HR department with various other activities and projects.
PROFILE
* You are a Bachelor or Master (HBO/WO) / Business School student in HR, Business Management, Communications & Media or related fields;
* You have a proficient/fluent level in English (Dutch is a plus);
* You are communicative and socially skilled, with a hands-on mentality;
* You are independent, accurate, and self-starting.
