Work Environment: The position is part of the Customer Satisfaction & Quality (CS&Q) Digital Transformation team within GSC Europe. The team supports European manufacturing plants and distribution centers by deploying digital solutions that improve traceability, product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. What you will do: As a Customer Satisfaction & Quality Digital Intern, you will support key digital transformation initiatives, including: Communication & Visibility Support internal communication for the CS&Q Digital Transformation team Contribute to the preparation of communication materials (presentations, newsletters, dashboards) for internal stakeholders End-to-End Traceability Support the End-to-End (E2E) Traceability project within GSC Europe Follow up and support manufacturing plants on part identification and traceability practices Contribute to the aggregation of traceability data for selected plants and distribution centers Support the preparation of analyses, reports, and presentations related to traceability maturity Digitalization & Efficiency Support plants in digital transformation initiatives related to quality and customer satisfaction Contribute to Business Intelligence (BI) and RPA projects (requirements clarification, testing, validation) Support the adoption of standard KPIs and digital tools across plants Help organize digital events (open lines, webinars, workshops) to promote digital solutions and user training What we need from you: Ongoing university studies in Hungary in Engineering, Quality, Digital, Data Analytics, or a related field Strong digital mindset and curiosity Interest or basic knowledge in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or digital tools Fluent English, comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment Structured, organized, and collaborative working style Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership Interest in industrial environments and quality topics Strong communication skills and willingness to work with multiple stakeholders Ability to learn quickly and manage several topics in parallel What we offer: Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20-30hours/week, with a possibility of home office, (office presence required 3 times/week, flexible to your schedule) Gross salary: 2200 HUF/hour We provide a laptop/cell phone for your work Working at one of the most sustainable corporations in the world Opportunity to learn with the guidance of both experienced and junior members International, diverse environment and a company culture that encourages raising questions and ideas - to make an impact Real future career building opportunities locally & globally Working directly with international and multicultural teams in an international company We are looking forward for you to join our team!
