You'll make an impact by:
* Managing tickets
* Troubleshooting client errors
* Handling user errors
* Installation and hardware support tasks
* On-site customer support
Your success is grounded in:
* Active student status
* Deeper knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems
* Basic hardware and network knowledge
* Openness to learn new things
* Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours of work per week
* On-site work
You'll stand out with:
* Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
* Basic knowledge of Active Directory
* Advanced proficiency in Excel
* Intermediate-level English language skills (spoken and written)
* Experience in providing IT support for events and meetings
